What is Portstock exactly?
Portstock is the first online platform entirely dedicated to port content! We are the stock content site for anyone who needs unique photos and videos of European ports.
What prices do we charge for our content?
On our content pages, you can find prices per photo or video. We are responsible for setting these prices and may change them at any time.
What licences apply to our content?
Through Portstock you are able to search, view and download photos uploaded by our photographers. You may download and use our content in accordance with, and subject to, the Portstock Licence. Read more about the licence here.
What do we mean by unlawful use?
You may not use our content in the following ways:
* Through unlawful, discriminatory and defamatory ways.
* Under a false representation of authorship
* Use in conjunction with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the primary value is in the content itself.
How will my data be processed?
Your data will be processed through the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Which payment methods are supported by Portstock?
The last step when buying content is selecting the payment method. You can pay at Portstock via:

Account
How do I change my personal details?
Log in to your account and click on “personal details” to change your current address or contact details.
How can I change my password?
It is advisable to change your password regularly. An auction password does not contain any personal information. For an account on Portstock, it is required that the password is at least 8 characters long and contains both letters and numbers. You can change your password in your account settings, under the ‘personal information’ section.
I forgot my password. What should I do now?
That can happen to the best of us! If you have forgotten your password, click “retrieve password” to receive an e-mail at the e-mail address linked to your account. In this e-mail, you can change your password.
I want to delete my account. How do I do that?
To cancel your account, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the account settings
3. Click on the ‘cancel account’ option
4. Follow the instructions to delete your account
5. Confirm the cancellation of your account
